MLS Final Weekend Results and Playoff Table Set

Plenty of action, as to be expected in the final matches, from this weekend.  DC United, Toronto FC, FC Dallas and Colorado all had better chances to get into the playoffs than the team that did, Real Salt Lake, but none of them could pull a result out of the hat.  Here are the results:
