In the finale of the 2009 edition of the Superliga tournament, North American Champion Chicago Fire will take on Mexican Champion Tigres UANL on August 5 at Toyota Park in Bridgeview, Illinois. The Fire beat the New England Revolution and Tigres beat Santos Laguna to make it to the final showdown. Congrats to the Fire who have been on top of the Eastern Division for some time this season.
